If you would like to exchange your order or are displeased / unsatisfied with your product, please submit the below. A free return shipping label will be sent to you. Only orders submitted within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a free return label. After 7 days of purchase, you will be charged $10.00 (paid @ borabraids.com/pay) to receive the return label. The human hair must be in its original packaging and must not be tampered with. Your order will be updated or refunded once the original order is received. Refunds / reshipment take 5 - 7 business days to process.
